Online Bill Pay

The most convenient way to pay your PRTC bill is online through their website. Online payments can be made 24/7 for maximum flexibility.

To pay online, go to PRTC.us and click “Pay Online.” You’ll need to enter your account number and other billing details to complete the payment by credit card or bank account.

To pay your PRTC bill by mail, detach the payment stub from your printed bill and enclose it along with your check or money order. Be sure to mail it at least 7 days before the due date to ensure on-time delivery.

The Retail Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm to accept cash, check, or credit card payments. You’ll receive a printed receipt immediately after paying at the Retail Center.

Auto-Payments

For automated bill payment, enroll in PRTC’s auto-pay program. This automatically deducts your monthly bill from your bank account.

To sign up, complete the auto-pay authorization form on the PRTC website and submit it along with a voided check. Deductions will begin the month after enrollment. You’ll still receive a bill for your records.
