As you walk in the front door the Utility Billing Customer Service Department is located to the right. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm. (Closed from 12 – 1 pm.)
Rates for utility accounts are established through resolution as adopted by the Alamogordo City Commission. Bills are due and payable 15 days from the billing date and are considered past due 10 days from the due date .
