By Mail
To pay your utility bill by mail, send a check or money order made out to “City of Puyallup” to:

In Person
You can pay your Puyallup utility bill in person at the Utility Billing counter on the 2nd floor of City Hall (333 S. Meridian). They accept cash, check, credit/debit card and money orders. The office is open weekdays from 8am to 5pm, except major holidays.
Drop Box
For after-hours payments, a drive-up drop box for utility payments is located along Meridian just south of City Hall. Payments left in the drop box by 5pm on weekdays are processed the same day.
Paying Court Fines and Tickets
If you received a ticket for a traffic violation, parking infringement or other civil offense within the Puyallup Municipal Court’s jurisdiction, you will need to pay the associated fine. Court fines and tickets can be paid:
Online
Pay traffic tickets and other municipal court fines online through nCourt, the authorized online payment processor. On the city website, go to “Pay My Bill” and select “Court Fines & Parking Tickets”. Payment can be made instantly using debit/credit card or eCheck.
By Mail
To pay a court fine by mail, send a check or money order made payable to “Puyallup Municipal Court” to:

In Person
You can pay Puyallup Municipal Court fines and tickets in person at the court clerk’s office in City Hall (333 S. Meridian) during business hours. The clerk accepts cash, check, credit/debit card and money orders.

Buying a Veterans Memorial Brick
To honor Puyallup veterans, you can buy a memorial brick that will be engraved and placed around the Veterans Memorial statue in Pioneer Park.
To purchase a veterans memorial brick:
- Download the Brick Order Form on the city website
- Select a 4”x8” or 8”x8” brick
- Enter the engraving text
- Pay the fee ($55-$165 based on brick size)
- Mail form and payment to the Parks & Recreation address
Brick orders are typically installed within 12 months, depending on weather and demand. This is a special way to commemorate Puyallup veterans.
